Mediator Christy L. Foley, Esq. has been mediating since 2009 and has been working in the online environment since 2010. Her long history in the field gives her the skills necessary to effectively handle your e-mediation.
Ms. Foley was appointed to the Florida Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee (“MEAC”) in 2016. From 2018 to 2024, she served as Chairwoman of MEAC.
She also served as Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Florida Bar from 2023 to 2024.
Plus, she has given presentations on mediation ethics and techniques throughout Florida, including multiple presentations at Florida’s Annual Dispute Resolution Conference (“DRC”), and has hosted multiple nationwide webinars on e-mediation.
Ms. Foley is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit civil, appellate, and county court mediator. Additionally, she is a Florida Supreme Court qualified arbitrator.
She is licensed to practice law in both New York and Florida. She also managed an entertainment and small business law firm in Central Florida for 13 years.
In addition to mediating online, Ms. Foley mediates in person, with offices in Lake Mary and Orlando.
